Outpost Co-op’s registered dietitian Judy Mayer will teach you how to transform your beautiful garden harvest into a well-balanced, nutritious menu. Learn to love beets, how to smother pasta with a no-cook basil pasta sauce, and create a tasty, HEALTHY apple dessert! Samples will be provided. Good taste and good nutrition - the results are so delicious you’ll want to run home and start cooking! Registration required; call 286-3011 or register online by September 4th.
