This introduction to yoga will focus on low-impact standing and chair-assisted poses. Instructor DeWitt Clinton will guide a 60-minute gentle yoga session. Please wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Chairs will be provided. This class is accessible for all ability levels; no props needed, including mats. Upon arrival, participants will be asked to sign a physical activity waiver. Organizations will be at Villard Square 11am to 2pm to share information on different topics. Each week there will be different organizations. Organizations include: Milwaukee County Elder Benefits, Hunger Task Force, The Office of Emergency Management, Milwaukee Health Department's Strong Baby Program, Milwaukee County Energy Assistance, Wraparound Milwaukee, Milwaukee County Aging and Disability Resource Center, and Mobile Notary.
