This introduction to yoga will focus on low-impact standing and chair-assisted poses. Instructor DeWitt Clinton will guide a 60-minute gentle yoga session. Please wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Chairs will be provided. This class is accessible for all ability levels; no props needed, including mats. Organizations include: Milwaukee County Elder Benefits, Hunger Task Force, The Office of Emergency Management, Milwaukee Health Department's Strong Baby Program, Milwaukee County Energy Assistance, Wraparound Milwaukee, Milwaukee County Aging and Disability Resource Center, and Mobile Notary.

This monthly Beginner ESL Hour is for adult English language
learners. We will discuss a variety of topics with hands-on lessons and
conversation. Topics can include local customs, traditions, seasonal

Spanish-language narrative on how spiritualism can help guide people out of difficulty.
Enjoy his bilingual presentation as he kicks off his book launch at the location where he

Career Navigators in the Worker Connection Program will host a table to promote their services and resources. Career Navigators will also assist patrons with creating their resumes and job searches. They will provide hands-on services by guiding patrons through the navigation system of employment.
