spectacular rotunda with an Italian mosaic floor and coffered dome. The
Library also features the Betty Brinn Children's Room with the largest
collection of children's books in the state; the Richard E. and Lucile
Krug Rare Books Room, featuring 14,000+ rarities; Special Collections and
changing exhibits; over three million books, magazines, newspapers, DVDs, and
eBooks; and programs, meeting rooms, and much more.

A 20-minute story time for young children is followed by open play time. Story time includes plenty of fingerplays, songs, and other activities that help little ones learn. For children ages 3 and under, with a caregiver.

(immediate care needs, medication review, one-on-one education, and goal
setting) Consultation with a nurse practitioner for children, the guardian must
be present (immediate needs, health questions, review milestones and safety)
Health Screenings (blood pressure, blood sugar, depression, anxiety) Care
Navigation and Referrals (connection to a medical home, behavioral health
referrals, community resource referrals). Services are provided at no cost.

Registering to vote is the first step to participating in our democracy. If you have moved, changed your name, or have not voted in a while, you might need to re-register. Now is the time to get registered or verify that your registration is current. The League of Women Voters is a nonpartisan, grassroots organization working to protect and expand voting rights and ensure everyone is represented in our democracy. This is a tabling event where League representatives will be onsite to verify your voter registration status, help you re-register, and learn more about voting and elections in Milwaukee.
