This introduction to yoga will focus on low-impact standing and chair-assisted poses. Instructor DeWitt Clinton will guide a 60-minute gentle yoga session. Please wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Chairs will be provided. This class is accessible for all ability levels; no props needed, including mats. The Book Club for Busy People is a monthly gathering to share insights about a book of fewer than 200 pages. We'll be setting foot in the past and present, sampling fiction and non-fiction. Although modest in length, these reads will be quality works, but we won't take them that seriously.
