Risk management applies to many aspects of a business. Your business is subject to internal risks (weaknesses) and external risks (threats). Generally, you can control internal risks once you identify them. However, external risks may be out of your control.

After completing this module, the participants will be able to:

  • Understand the external and internal factors which affect risk for a small business
  • Recognize the common warning signs of  risk for a small business
  • Implement, monitor, and evaluate a risk management plan for your business

Workshop Facilitator: Ranell Washington, Asst. Vice President of Commercial Banking at Town Bank.

Register online; or contact the African American Chamber of Commerce at 414-462-9450
